THE COACHING APPROACH delicately strikes a balance between safety and challenge. • You will have safe space to express yourself, explore thoughts and emotions, and make choices. • You will be encouraged to transcend your comfort zone, casting light on new perspectives and untapped opportunities. AS WE JOURNEY TOGETHER I'll ask questions that will invite you think deeply, leading you to your own answers and insights. This will empower you to take charge of your choices, actions, and growth. MY COMMITMENT will be to facilitate your thriving, offering support and empathetic understanding while honouring your autonomy and individuality. YOU HAVE THE OPTION to choose from coaching packages of 4, 6, 8, or 10 hours. These packages include • an initial intake session lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, followed by • a series of coaching conversations ranging from 40 to 60 minutes each. The frequency and duration of these coaching conversations will be determined through discussion and tailored to your needs and preferences.
