MENTOR-COACHING, as defined by ICF (International Coaching Federation), is a collaborative, appreciative, and dialogue-based process that offers coaching and feedback based on observed or recorded coaching sessions. THE PROCESS is designed to enhance coaches' capabilities in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies (https://coachingfederation.org/credentials-and-standards/core-competencies). I SPECIALIZE in mentoring fellow-coaches on their path to individual ICF credentialing at PCC and MCC levels. WHILE PARTNERING with me you will: • Refine your practice and enhance your coaching skills. • Choose a 4-6 month engagement or 1-2 sessions to suit your needs,. IN ANY FORMAT, each mentoring session will centre around a thorough review of your coaching performance during a specific client-coach interaction. Together, we will work on highlighting your strengths and identifying areas for further refinement. MY APPROACH centres on nurturing a professional, ethical and authentic coaching style, as well as prepares you for performance evaluations.
