I work at the intersection of leadership, business, and human systems.
My work is grounded in how leadership is actually lived inside organisations — where decisions matter, relationships shape outcomes, and clarity often has to be created rather than assumed.
For more than two decades, I have partnered with leaders and organisations across Europe. My work today draws equally on senior-level coaching practice, business experience, and psychological training — allowing me to work with leaders not only on how they lead, but on how they think, decide, and hold responsibility.
Grounded authority in real organisational complexity
I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC), with a background in General Psychology, an MBA, and advanced practitioner training in resilience and NLP. While these credentials matter, my clients work with me because I understand what it means to lead inside real organisational complexity — not in theory, but in lived reality.
Earlier in my career, I was one of the founders of what became the leading HR services business in the Balkans. I remained through multiple acquisitions, working closely with executives, teams, and investors during periods of growth, uncertainty, and integration. That experience shaped my way of working — grounded, systems-aware, and attuned to the realities leaders face beyond formal roles and structures.
How I work
My approach is calm, direct, and human. I value clarity, creativity, and ease — not as ideals, but as practical conditions for sound judgment, meaningful progress, and leadership that can be sustained over time.
Contribution to the profession
In 2017, I founded Aligned Action in Bulgaria, a partner company of Aligned Action International, which has since become a recognised reference point for professional coaching education in South-East Europe.
What began as a commitment to raising standards in the region has grown into a platform that develops coaches, supports leaders, and partners with organisations navigating complex change. I currently lead Aligned Action International’s work across Europe and teach in South-East Europe and Denmark.
My work through Aligned Action reflects the same principles that guide my leadership practice: depth, rigor, contextual intelligence, and respect for the human system.
