Leadership Insight & Self-Management offers leaders a structured way to understand how they think, decide, relate, and respond as usual and/or under pressure — and how this shapes their leadership impact. This work uses carefully selected psychometric tools, chosen based on the leadership context and the questions at hand. Depending on need, this may include DISC-based behavioural analysis (Thomas International), strength-based (CliftonStrengths) and values-focused assessments (VIA), or workplace resilience and wellbeing measures (WRAW). The purpose is not categorisation or labelling. It is to help you see patterns in how you operate, where your strengths are most effective, and where self-management becomes critical for leading others well. Insights from the assessment are explored through a dedicated feedback conversation, focused on practical understanding rather than interpretation alone. Together, we translate insight into usable awareness for real leadership situations. This work often becomes a foundation for further development — whether through one-to-one coaching, leadership training formats offered by Aligned Action, mentoring, or other targeted support. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER 🧭 The process is reflective, grounded, and practical. We work with: • behavioural patterns and leadership style • strengths, values, and decision-making tendencies • resilience, energy, and pressure response • implications for leading others and teams I don’t use assessments as standalone tools. I work with them as a way to support clearer self-management, better judgment, and more intentional leadership.
