Service Description
Leadership Coaching – Transitions is a one-to-one partnership for leaders navigating role changes, succession, expansion, or shifts in organisational context where early choices shape long-term outcomes. Clients typically come at moments when expectations are still forming, authority is not yet fully established, and the pressure to “get it right” is high. The challenge is rarely competence, but deciding what matters first, how to position oneself, and how to act with clarity rather than urgency. Our work focuses on helping you stabilise your thinking, clarify priorities, and make deliberate choices about how you step into the role — with others and with yourself. This is not onboarding support or performance acceleration. It is reflective, grounded work that supports sound judgment, clear positioning, and leadership that takes root early and sustainably. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER 🧭 The coaching relationship is calm, focused, and practical. We work with: • clarifying role expectations and scope • defining early priorities and first right steps • positioning yourself in key relationships • managing internal pressure during uncertainty I don’t provide templates or prescriptions. I work with how you think, decide, and show up — so that your transition is intentional rather than reactive. PRACTICAL STRUCTURE ⏱️ Coaching is offered in packages of 4, 6, or 8 sessions, depending on the scope and timing of the transition. Each engagement begins with a longer intake conversation, followed by focused coaching sessions agreed together in frequency and rhythm.
